Shipping Policy

  1. Processing and Delivery Orders are processed and delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on location. Deliveries are fulfilled via trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket and Xpressbees. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints beyond our control. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, the risk and responsibility pass to the customer.

  2. Cancellation Policy Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before confirming.

  3. Refund and Exchange Policy Drizzl follows a strict No Refund Policy.

3.1 Defective or Damaged Products Exchange is considered only if:

  • The can is burst, leaking, broken, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • You email support@drinkdrizzl.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof. Once verified, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

3.2 Incorrect Product Delivered If the wrong items were shipped:

  • Notify within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, untampered, and in original packaging. After verification, correct items will be shipped as replacement.

3.3 Conditions and Limitations Only product replacement is provided — no monetary refunds or credits. Products that are opened, consumed, tampered with, or damaged due to improper storage are not eligible. Drizzl reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the criteria.
